Episode 7, #GetChatty Podcast Series 2025
This episode is a great example of why I love doing these interviews – taking sneak peeks into spaces I’m not familiar with. A huge thank you to Erica for sharing her world of kinesiology and integrative holistic health therapy with me.
Welcome Erica, founder of Kinesiology with Erica to this episode. We chatted about her origin story, what led her to start a business, and why hosting a safe and inclusive space is so important to her. For any form of healing, knowing one is in a safe space is extremely important.

As businesses, we can also learn from Erica:
Being intentionally inclusive is not only a decision point from clients’ perspective, but this approach can help foster positive relationships – if you provide a space that builds trust, not only is it good for client engagement, but these clients would likely recommend you to others.
Being open to conversation and active listening is one of her strengths, as she takes on what others think and provides a proper response that is encouraging. This is a good example not only for business but for everyday communication.
(The third point was super briefly addressed in the episode). Her website and IG shorts work well and represent her well. This shows how a strong, authentic digital presence is essential for entrepreneurs to attract potential growth.
Should I give kinesiology a try?
